What's the difference between the plans?
Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 users, 2 employees, 1 truck. Pro ($89) adds billing automation and two-way texting, with 3 users and 2 trucks. Crew ($199) removes the caps entirely. Chemical tracking and the time clock are on every plan — you are never locked out of the compliance side.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You'll be prompted to enter a card and continue for from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.
How many users can I add?
Start includes 2 users and 2 employees, Pro 3 of each, and Crew is unlimited. Clients and properties are unlimited on every plan — you are never charged per customer.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. It runs in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Set your country once and your invoices and card charges run in your own currency — USD, CAD, AUD, NZD or GBP — through your own Stripe account.
Where do the included texts apply?
The US and Canada. Carriers in Australia, New Zealand and the UK charge several times more to deliver a text, so texting there is set up on request and priced by country — everything else works the same, and email alerts are included everywhere.
What's the SMS pricing?
In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each. Most businesses with under 300 active properties never hit their limit.
How does auto-routing pricing work?
Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your dispatcher is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.
Are there any contracts or annual commitments?
None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
